Under the prism of philosophy of  Pilates, it combines the game and the joy of Aerial Acrobatics with the dynamics of Fitness.



Aerial Pilates is a complete fitness system, which includes entertainment and relaxation. It combines the game and the joy of Aerial Acrobatics with the dynamics of Fitness with the basic principles of Pilates Method.

The course takes place with the use of special aerial fabrics (Silks and Swings) which hang from the ceiling. Their use is manifold, combining exercises performed above, below and in the hammock.

The benefits of the program are multidimensional and affect both the physical as well as emotional and mental level of the trainee. The inverted poses, decompress the vertebrae, oxygenate the brain relaxes the heart. The aerial inversions offers a unique feeling of overcoming gravity, confidence, serenity and euphoria. Also it reacts on a psychological level of practitioners helping them to overcome their fears as they  "see the world upside down".  In many cases the trainees confront  their own selves discovering  hidden aspects of their personality and eventually become more self-confident.

* Aerial Pilates Swings training program is seperated, lasts 20 hours and requires the Aerial Pilates Silks 50 hours completion.

  • Aerial Fitness and Flexibility, Advanced Acrobatics, Flips and Tricks, Aerial flow.

  • Combination Aerial Pilates excersises with Pilates Props.

  • Teaching Aerial Silks Asanas in groups.

Aerial Pilates Swings Postures

  • Warm ups, standing postures, sitting postures,basic back straddles, hip hangs, ribs hangsbasic inversions, , twists, restoratives.

  • Combination of pilates postures with Aerial Swing excersises.

  • Aerial Swing Fitness and Basic Acrobatics.

  • Teaching in groups.

  • Breathing Techniques.
